In der Bürgerversammlung gab es nur wenige Fakten…

Einige Punkte möchten wir Ihnen aber nochmals erläutern:

Flächenbedarf :

laut Verwaltung werden nur ca. 3000 m² benötigt,
bei einer sechsgruppigen Einrichtung, die auch noch eine zentrale Küche enthalten soll, bedeutet das ein sehr kleines Außengelände;
zum Vergleich: die dreigruppige Kita in der Jahnstraße steht ebenfalls auf ca. 3000 m²

Grundstückskosten:

laut SPD 500.000 EUR, laut Verwaltung mal 800.000 mal 1 Millionen EUR
Verlässliche Zahlen gibt es nicht, dass wird sehr deutlich, die Verwaltung hätte hier Vorgespräche führen können um mehr Klarheit zu erlangen,
allein es fehlt der Wille über Alternativen nachzudenken.
Der genannte Preis würde übrigens bedeuten, dass der Quadratmeter zw. 167 und 333 EUR kostet, ein Fantasiepreis für unerschlossenes Bauerwartungsland!
An anderer Stelle hat die große Koalition nicht gezögert, Gewerbeflächen in einem gültigen Bebauungsplan für unter 30 EUR zu verkaufen…

Verkehr:

hier hat die Verwaltung nur Allgemeinplätze, aber kein Problembewusstsein gezeigt.
Wenn Sie ihr Kind vom aktuellen und dem geplanten Neubaugebiet in die Ortsmitte mit dem Auto fahren, sind das (bei ca. 1,5 km und ca. 220 Tagen) ca. 1320 km,
betrifft das nur die Hälfte der Kinder, ist das eine Strecke zweimal um die Erde!
Wir treten für dezentrale KiTa-Plätze ein, um möglichst kurze Wege, die auch bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zurückgelegt werden können.

Zeit:

Die Verwaltung hat die meiste Zeit vergeudet,
zwischen der Vorstellung im Rat (die Verwaltung war wohl noch ein viertel Jahr früher informiert) und dem Ratsbeschluss lag über ein Jahr.
Im Vorfeld hat man sich nicht mal Gedanken machen wollen, um auf einen doch erwartbaren Neubau vorbereitet zu sein.
Die Einrichtung der Naturgruppe und der 3 Container-Gruppen ist nur auf Initiative der GAL entstanden, die Verwaltung wollte lieber den Mangel verwalten und so vermutlich Druck aufbauen.
ImÜbrigen müssen wir dem Beigeordneten Wetlow energisch widersprechen, (Vor-)Verhandlungen zu möglichen Grundstücken widersprechen nicht dem Bürgerbegehren und hätten selbstverständlich erfolgen können, solche Verhandlungen kann im Übrigen nur die Verwaltung führen, die Initiatoren haben weder das Mandat, noch die nötigen Informationen hier etwas zu unternehmen.

    Vielleicht ist die Gemeindeverwaltung insgeheim sogar froh, wenn der Bürgerentscheid FÜR den Erhalt des Nachbarschafts-Spielplatz ausgeht. Denn das wäre ein Faustpfand gegen die Anweisungen und zeitlichen Vorgaben des Landkreises und man hätte auf jeden Fall Zeit gewonnen. Zeit, die aber umgehend genutzt werden sollte, zur Erarbeitung einer vernünftigen und tragfähigen Lösung zum Wohl der Gemeinde.

    JSS 18.09.14 „Bis Sommer 2015 ca 30 neue oder zusätzliche Plätze schaffen.“ Nach einem Treffen mit der Kreisverwaltung soll im OGR über das Treffen berichtet werden.
    (Dazu gibt es in keinem Protokoll des OGR eine Info!)

    OGR 24.03.15 „Dr.Bachen macht darauf Aufmerksam, dass die Kreisverwaltung empfiehlt eine weitere Krippengruppe ab 01.01.16 im Bürgerhaus einzurichten“

    Haupt-/Finanzausschuss 20.02.15 „Dr Bachen teilt mit, dass mit der KV geprüft wird,ob im kath.Gemeindehaus evtl. eine neue Krippengruppe untergebracht werden kann“

    JSS 26.05.15 „Dr. Bachen legt …eine Übersicht der Kinderzahlen vor. Danach wird die Warteliste am 31.08.2015 bis auf voraussichtlich 27 Kinder anwachsen. In der sich anschließenden Diskussion waren sich die Ausschussmitglieder einig, dass nach Lösungen sowohl durch Einrichtung von Krippengruppen oder auf längere Sicht auch Einrichtung einer Waldgruppe gesucht werden muss.“

    OGR 30.09.15 Beschlussfassung über die Einrichtung einer weiteren KitaGruppe im Bürgerhaus.

    JSS 03.12.15 Aufgrund der hohen Anzahl von Kindergartenkindern wird dem Ortsgemeinderat empfohlen den Vertrag mit dem Waldorfkindergarten zu verlängern. (Anm. Dort sind 10 Plätze als die Gemeindeplätze geblockt).

    JSS 29.02.16 Krippe Fuchsbau im Bürgerhaus wurde eröffnet
    „Dr. Bachen teilt mit, dass nach den Berechnungen der Kreisverwaltung ein aktueller Fehlbedarf von 54 Kindergartenplätzen besteht. Dies werde in nächster Zeit noch soweit steigen, dass bis zu 6 Gruppen benötigt werden. Mitarbeiter der Kreisverwaltung werden in der nächsten Ortsgemeinderatssitzung die aktuellen Zahlen und Konsequenzen vorstellen“

    OGR 16.03.16 Der OGR Wird durch Vertreter des Kreisjugendamtes informiert. Der Vortrag wurde schriftlich den Ratsmitgliedern übergeben. Im Protokoll finden sich keine weiteren Infos!

    JSS 09.06.16 Beratung und Diskussion über die Einrichtung einer Naturkita.

    OGR 13.07.16 Beschluss über Eröffnung einer Naturkita

    Bauauschuss 31.08.16 Beratung und Beschlussfassung über die Aufstellung von Containern für die Einrichtung zusätzlicher Kindergartengruppen Als Übergangslösung für die kurzfristige Schaffung von zusätzlichen Kindergartenplätzen sollen Container für einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren angemietet werden. Die Kosten belaufen sich über rund 56.000 EUR brutto je Container. Herr Dr. Bachen empfiehlt diesem Vorschlag nachzukommen. Der Bau der neuen Kita soll aber selbstverständlich weiter vorangetrieben werden.

    JSS 22.09.16 Dr.Bachen berichtet, dass 66 Kinder in der Warteschleife bis Sommer 2017 sind und derzeit alternative Planungen für einen Neubau oberhalb der Kita Rappelkiste und im Gewerbegebiet II laufen.

    JSS 08.12.16 Die 10 Kitaplätze aus dem Waldorfkindergarten fallen wegen Eigenbedarf weg.
    2 Container werden vorübergehend als Erweiterung der Kitas angeschafft.
    Der Vorsitzende Dr. Bachen berichtet, dass in der letzten Sitzung des Bauausschusses übermögliche Standorte für die Errichtung einer neuen Kita diskutiert wurde. Es gibt verschiedene Varianten, die geprüft werden müssten. Frau Thörle merkt an, dass sich hierfür das gemeindeeigene Gelände unterhalb der Postanbieten würde. Hier war bisher geplant einen Spielplatz für das Neubaugebiet zu errichten. Obgm. Fölix teilt mit, dass dieser Vorschlag vor einiger Zeit seitens der Kreisverwaltung abgelehnt wurde. Er wird dies aber nochmals gemeinsam mit dem Beigeordneten prüfen.

    Bauausschuss 10.01.17 Diskussionen um Standort für eine neue Kita. Vorschläge:
    Nachbarschaftsspielplatz 4 Ja Stimmen,
    Mühlbachaue 6 Ja Stimmen,
    Kapellenberg 6 Ja Stimmen.

    JSS 16.03.17 Nach den Sommerferien wird es so sein, dass ca. 56 Kinder nicht in Saulheim untergebracht werden können, obwohl es bereits 2 „Containergruppen“ gibt. Daher wird in der Ortsgemeinderatssitzung, die nächste Woche stattfinden wird, über einen Antrag auf Neubau eines Kindergartens mit 4-6 Gruppen auf einem ortseigenen Grundstück (vorgeschlagen: auf dem Nachbarschaftsspielplatz beraten.

    OGR 22.3.17 Standortfestlegung für den neuen Kindergarten. Gemeinsamer Antrag der SPD + CDU Fraktion Der Ortsgemeinderat beschließt auf Vorschlag der SPD und CDU Fraktion als zukünftigen Kindergartenstandort das Gelände des Nachbarschaftsspielplatzes festzulegen. Beschluss: 11 ja-Stimmen, 8 nein-Stimmen, 2 Enthaltungen
